The KENT HOME is a duplex with a two-bedroom flat upstairs and downstairs. Each is self-contained, with its own entrance, though there is a central stairwell, handy when a group takes the whole house. The Upper Kent has a queen in one bedroom, queen and single in the other, and two double pullouts; bath-shower, livingroom, and well-equipped kitchen. It has a picture window overlooking the lawn and facing the water; also a small deck. The Upper and Lower Kent are our largest 2-bedroom units.The house itself is right off Water Street on the other side of our driveway from the DENLEY HOUSE.
