The KENT HOME is a duplex with a two-bedroom flat upstairs and downstairs. Each is self-contained, with its own entrance, though there is a central stairwell, handy when a group takes the whole house. The Lower Kent has a queen in one bedroom, two singles in the other, double pullout and single daybed in the livingroom. Bath/shower, separate livingroom, and well-equipped kitchen. It also has a good-sized deck facing the water across the lawn. The Lower Kent is a partial basement (4 feet) but has windows in all rooms and is not dark. The house itself is right off Water Street on the other side of our driveway from the DENLEY HOUSE.
