COT s a one-bedroom bachelor-style apartment unit next door to our office in the Denley House. It has a three-quarter bed and single bed, with a small kitchen area with a full-sized stove and bar-sized fridge. Shower no bath. It shares a deck with the apartment next door, called the Denley. The Denley house is right on Water Street, and the Cot is the apartment closest to you in the photograph.
