Two-bedroom Units and la quinta $145
Port and Starboard: $135
Spruce: $210 (Three-day minimum)
Extras: $5 for children under teen age, $10 all others
Weekly Rate: Seventh night free
Deposits: One night plus tax or 50 percent of total with tax, whichever is greater. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. It applies to a specific unit for a specific time slot.

LOW SEASON
Labour Day To November 15
April 1 to June 14

One-bedroom Units $85
Two-bedroom Units, La Quinta $105
Port and Starboard $95
Spruce $135
Extras, Weekly Rate, and Deposits: As above

WINTER
November 15 to March 30
$65 to $85 One- and Two-bedroom, Double Occupancy
Spruce $135, La Quinta $105
(The waterfront is closed from November 15 to March 30; La Quinta from Jan 2 to March 30)

Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment. Guests may smoke outside.
We charge one night plus tax if a unit has been smoked in.
Dogs: We accept dogs but require that they be kept on a leash at all times,
kept off the furniture, and not left in the units unattended.
Parking: Regrettably, we have only one parking space per unit.
We ask that additional vehicles be parked on the street.
