About Us

The Seaside Beach Resort offers 24 housekeeping units in downtown St. Andrews, New Brunswick. These consist mainly of apartment units in houses, and there are four cabins. All are self-contained, with their own entrances, kitchens and bathrooms, are equipped for basic daily living, with dishes, cutlery, bedding and towels supplied as a matter of course. We have 200 feet of waterfront footage spanned by a large boardwalk and backed by a large open yard. The grounds occupy two-thirds of an acre stretching from Water Street to the waterfront, on which are nine buildings, so not everything has a water view. Then again, nothing is far away.

The property is a bit idiosyncratic, having been put together piecemeal over the years. The BEACH COTTAGE, so called, is really just two houses joined together, forming a 7 unit block of apartments. The STABLES sit in the middle of the property, and the other houses--the KENT HOME, DENLEY HOUSE, and LODGES--are more or less next to Water Street. LA QUINTA sits on the waterfront, and the other three cabins stretch along one side of the propety from Water Street to the waterfront.

Town center is only a five minute walk away--about four blocks. Out of the main wharf operate the various whale watching ventures, and clustered around this area are most of the shops and restaurants.
